We have specialised equipment such as water-fed poles that allow us to access windows at higher heights without the use of ladders. Ladders are not banned for Window Cleaning, but it is important to use them safely and have a working understanding of the working at height regulations.
Do you clean windows in the rain?

Yes, we do clean windows in the rain using a pure water system. This system uses deionized water which is free from any minerals or contaminants, making it ideal for cleaning windows and leaving them streak-free and spotless. Rainwater is actually quite pure and can help speed up the cleaning process by rinsing away loose dirt and debris. However, we may reschedule your appointment if there is heavy rain or thunderstorms for safety reasons.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?

We usually work on a 4 or 8 weekly rotation but also do ad hoc cleans. We charge more for the first clean to cover for the additional time needed on windows that have not been cleaned for some time.
